Maddie O’Neill-Andrews is the former Interim Executive Director and Board Chair for Friends of the Children – Portland.  Prior to her role at Friends, she was a Programs Officer for the Cambia Health Foundation where she supported efforts to advance access, awareness and quality of palliative care across the nation.  Maddie is co-founder of Levé, a nonprofit organization focused on inspiring civic engagement in the next generation. Maddie also serves on the Investment Council at Kairos PDX and on the Board of Trustees at Jesuit High School as the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Chair.
