Over the past decade, Cambia Health Foundation invested more than $25 million in the Sojourns Scholar Leadership Program to nurture emerging palliative care leaders who could transform care for people with serious illness. The results? 108 innovative projects across diverse professions—physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains and other specialists—each pushing the boundaries of compassionate, whole-person care.
