Current Funding Opportunities

Grandmother and family at the coast.
Thank you for your interest in exploring our current funding opportunities. We deeply value the important work that nonprofit organizations do across the communities we serve.

Looking ahead to 2027

We’re currently evaluating the progress, insights and impact achieved in collaboration with our partners throughout our current 2022-2026 funding strategy. Building on those learnings and the perspectives shared by grant partners, community organizations and other stakeholders, we’re currently developing our next multi-year strategy which we expect to share in early 2027. That strategy will help inform future funding opportunities and how we invest in the communities we serve. We remain committed to listening, learning and meeting our partners where they are. Please see below for the status of each of our funding areas, including an upcoming RFP opportunity in Resilient Children & Families.

Resilient Children and Families

We will release a Request for Proposals (RFP) in mid-August 2026, focusing on school-based health and wellness services. We’ll seek proposals that center the voices and leadership of students and parents/caregivers in advancing health and wellness connected to established school-based health centers and programs. When the RFP is released, the full packet of information will be available here. We're no longer accepting or considering additional funding requests outside of the upcoming RFP.
