Associate Program Officer
"I see my family, friends and neighbors represented in the communities we serve at Cambia Health Foundation - all with the innate human right to optimal health and behavioral health outcomes but facing barriers nonetheless. I bring this belief into my work with the hope of making a sustainable difference for those who need it most."

Lexi serves as an Associate Program Officer for Cambia Health Foundation. She aims to connect with organizations that embody the Foundation's vision of promoting equity through whole-person health. Having worked in the non-profit and health sector for many years, she sees this role as an opportunity to serve the community, bridge gaps in access to care and catalyze partnerships that put people first. Lexi supports program areas dedicated to workforce development and maternal and child health.

Lexi has spent her career working at the intersection of behavioral health, public health and nonprofit administration. Prior to working at Cambia Health Foundation, she worked with organizations focused on crisis response, public health and mental health support for asylum seekers, survivors of human trafficking and victims of crimes. She supported the International Rescue Committee to evaluate their asylum behavioral health assessments, assisted on adolescent AIDS research overseas, facilitated trauma informed care courses and worked at a variety of community-based nonprofits in the Pacific Northwest. Lexi holds a bachelor's degree in psychology, global health and nonprofit administration, and a Master of Public Health - Global Health from the University of Washington.
