Josilin Rosario

Corporate Social Responsibility Manager, Idaho
“We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give.” – Winston Churchill

Josilin Rosario is the corporate social responsibility manager for Idaho. She organizes volunteer and giving opportunities for employees in Idaho and across Cambia. She enjoys connecting employees with causes they are passionate about through volunteerism. She loves seeing employees have that ‘ah-hah’ moment when they realize how rewarding it is to serve their community.

Coming from the nonprofit world, Josilin knows firsthand the importance of volunteerism and philanthropic investments for nonprofit organizations. She appreciates that her role at Cambia connects nonprofits with the resources they need to be successful in the communities they serve.

Josilin enjoys in-person volunteering most because she helps her build relationships with nonprofit partners and her Cambia colleagues. She often volunteers at the Boys & Girls Club to prepare an after-school meal for Club members and volunteers monthly at the Idaho Foodbank to provide meals to families facing food insecurity.

Before coming to Cambia, Josilin worked as a site director for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Nez Perce Tribe. She is certified in both Mental Health First Aid and Trauma Informed Care.
