Corporate Social Responsibility Manager, Utah

Kayla Norman is the corporate social responsibility manager for the Utah market. She oversees employee giving programs and connects employees in Utah with community engagement opportunities like donating, volunteering and board service. Her goal is to make giving back enjoyable and meaningful for both our employees and the organizations we support. Kayla enjoys volunteering with her coworkers, especially when it allows her to spend time outside. One of her favorite volunteer activities has been gardening for older adults. Weeding is more fulfilling when you know the produce is going to older adults who don’t have their own gardens.
Prior to Cambia, Kayla worked as a volunteer coordinator at several direct service nonprofits focused on helping refugees and immigrants build safe and stable lives in the United States. She enjoys using her experience in volunteer management to connect Cambia colleagues with causes that help communities achieve better health outcomes and reduce health disparities. Kayla and the corporate social responsibility team received Cambia’s Excellence in Leadership Award in 2020 for their quick and creative response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Kayla has a bachelor’s degree in anthropology and international studies from Luther College.
