Kilaa Slaughter-Scott is the corporate social responsibility manager for the Oregon market. In her role, Kilaa leads the board placement program and employee volunteer engagement throughout Oregon and Clark County, Wash. A native Oregonian with deep roots in the Portland community, Kilaa brings 17 years of health care industry experience, working to improve health outcomes and advance health equity. She also serves as chair of the Cambia BOLD ERG (Black Organization For Leadership Development employee resource group) as well as an ambassador on the Cambia health equity taskforce, providing valuable leadership in diversity, equity and inclusion.  

Kilaa was recently selected as the Board Chair for the Portland-based nonprofit North by Northeast Community Health Center. When she is not working, Kilaa enjoys art, travel and design, but most importantly, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
