Dear Community Partners,

I wanted to reach out to you all today, in light of current events, and let you know that we are with you.  We are here to support you as you serve people and families impacted by COVID-19 (the Coronavirus) and take actions to prevent its spread.  

As a strategic investor in philanthropy to improve the health and wellbeing of people and families, we are monitoring the impact of the Coronavirus in our communities and across the United States.  While the Coronavirus doesn’t recognize race, nationality, ethnicity, age, income, we are aware that the socioeconomic impact will disproportionately affect marginalized populations.  

We are also aware that all of you have been inundated with information to protect the health and welfare of your employees, families and the people in your community.  There is a lot of confusion, fear and misinformation out there.  For the latest information about COVID-19, please visit the CDC website or the World Health Organization website.

This is not business as usual for anyone, including us, and we will do our best to be flexible in the days ahead so that we can be an effective partner for you.  Our team is committed to proactively engaging with you to understand your needs and we will prioritize our work and funding decisions to effectively adjust and respond.

In the coming days, members of our team will be reaching out to our partners and stakeholders to discuss some of our immediate actions.  We will also be tracking emerging information so we can quickly respond to any future needs.  With your partnership, we will work together to address the emerging health and safety needs of everyone in our community.
