When education becomes more accessible, everyone benefits. Expanded access to education means expanded access to care — care delivered by providers who reflect and understand the communities they serve, ultimately uplifting the health and wellbeing of everyone.
It can start with helping one student at a time. That’s how the Cambia Health Foundation / Paula A. Jones Endowed Scholarship came to be. A belief in the power of diverse perspectives to transform healthcare, and in the people who are ready to lead that transformation. We're proud to announce Kimora Morris as the recipient of the Cambia Health Foundation / Paula A. Jones Endowed Scholarship for the 2026–2027 school year.
Meet Kimora
From an early age, Kimora was drawn to understanding people — how they think, feel and overcome challenges. As her interest in mental health grew, she developed a deep appreciation for compassionate care, especially for those who may not always have access to the support they need. Her purpose became clear: to help people feel heard and understood in their process of healing.
With that vision guiding her, Kimora will attend the University of Oregon and major in psychology before continuing to medical school to pursue a career as a psychiatrist. Her long-term goal extends beyond individual care — she hopes to advocate for greater access to mental health resources in underserved communities, ensuring that individuals and families receive the quality care they deserve.
